PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME :- I reserve the right to refuse an order.
- I retain the rights to the commissioned work and can publicly feature the work on social medias.
- I will only begin the commission once the full/initial payment is received.
- Partial payment can be negotiated as long as the payment is fully received within a month.
- Payments will be taken in USD/CAD via PayPal or Stripe Invoice unless stated otherwise.
- The Client must pay within 3 days after the invoice is sent.
- There will be 2 maximum revisions + updates during sketch and semi-final stages (unless stated)
But if the client exceeds the maximum amount of revisions, they will be charged extra. If the client is not satisfied, they will be given a certain amount of refund depending on the amount of work that is done
- Once the work is finalized, refunds cannot be given.
- Work-In-Progress updates will be given throughout the process and the Client may ask for any updates at any given time.

- Emote and sub badge commissions are created solely for the client and may be used on their own platforms (etc. Twitch, Youtube, Discord, Twitter, etc).
- Emote and sub-badge commissions can be used for profit in the form of subscriptions.
- Emote and sub badge commissions can not be resold to a third party.
- Emote and sub badge commissions can not be printed or sold as merchandise.
- The client must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own.
